Making Slaw
I just made the best slaw today! In the frig found some fennel, a few radishes, chives, red cabbage, mini peppers, carrots and cilantro stems. Try this: Grate your zucchini. If it’s a big one divide portions in 1/2. Sautéed in butter with a little bit of salt. When it’s cooked, add one egg and scramble.
