Why is it the same problem comes back to haunt us? Years ago, I thought a property matter was solved. Yesterday, there it was, back in our faces. I just don’t understand how anyone thinks they are “above the law”. Is it greed? Is it some kind of personality disorder? Do they think they are above the law? I don’t get it.
Here it is back on the table raising its ugly head. The only thing that can done on my end is to get a lawyer and/or checkmate the situation.
It’s all about “high density” in the Bay Area with no water. Why doesn’t anyone ever talk about that? It doesn’t make any sense.
California Senate bill #1069 became legal last year attempting to solve the housing crisis. The bill basically states from my interpretation that one can convert their garage or room, shed, etc into additional housing with not many stipulations. That burns me from past experience.
I don’t think many people know this. If you are working, you don’t have time to read every bill the state passes unless it just happens to make news. This one was slipped by. I had never heard of it and now my problem is only my problem.
If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em!
