Salsa made with canned tomatoes

Tired of paying a small fortune for that little tub of salsa from the grocery store?

Here ya go:

14 oz can of tomatoes– I use tomatoes from Costco, but whatever you have in your pantry will work.

2 jalapeño peppers – I don’t use the seeds, but up to you)

About a 1/4 of an onion- your choice of red, white, yellow. I’ve never used green, but why not?

About 1/4 of cilantro – I’ve actually just used stems and it was amazingly good.

Juice of one lime- taste as you go

Add salt to taste

It’s actually pretty good and even better than some commercial salsa’s I’ve purchased.
